Will I have time to set-up prior to my event?
Yes. most events include two hours of set-up time on the day of.
If additional set-up time is needed, please speak with management prior to your event date, regarding availability and pricing.
Will I have time to break down afterwards?
Yes. All events include one hour of break-down time.
We kindly ask that hosts/hostesses adhere to timeframes/ cleaning policies, to avoid forfeiture of your security deposit.
Will I be allowed to decorate?
Decorating is permitted inside the venue, however, there are some restrictions.

Will I be allowed to cook in the venue?
Yes, however, open flame cooking is strictly prohibited.
Please bring your own electric equipment or bring food fully prepared and ready to be heated on the chafers provided.
Can I have a DJ at my event?
Yes. DJ's are permitted. Complimentary use of our Sonos system is also included in most venue packages.
Can I host a public event?
Only private events are permitted.

YeS. 340 BLOOM haS a PRIVATE parking lot, with limited parking.
